PROTOMONT HD Screened
Application
PROTOMONT heavy-duty elastomer flexible cables are designed for aggressive environments in open-cut mining and quarries, industrial and construction sites, and agricultural applications where heavy mechanical stresses occur.
The XHD-PCP-90 outer sheath resists hard and abrasive surfaces, while the concentric overall screen provides earth protection and allows fast termination into the plug or appliance.
Construction
Conductor: Copper, finely stranded Class 5
Insulation: EPR
Core Colours: Red, white, blue, black and green/yellow
Inner Sheath: EPR
Screen: Concentric closed layer of tinned copper wire spun over the core assembly
Sheath: Special PCP
